| Job Description (summary of the position): - Experience as an Order to Cash (O2C) work stream lead required for Aviation Airframe Manufacturer level and experience as O2C Team member. Senior Consultant and Consultant levels are required.
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) manages the customer facing side of supply chain, including the end-to-end processes covering the receipt of requests for proposals, preparation of proposals and pricing, fact finding and negotiations, contract defeminization, sales order management, documenting the delivery of contracted products and services, invoicing, cash collection and contract closeout.
- Support Explore workshops and articulate key value propositions in area of SME and S/4HANA innovations pertinent to Sales Order processing.
- Project Systems related Sales Order processing configuration and deployment experience
Responsibilities of Role: - Develop functional specifications for the proposed solution Support business simulation test cycle as per agile methodology and User acceptance test.
- Collaborate in the development of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives.
- Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for development and testing S/4HANA Central Finance functions associated with business operations.
- Facilitate workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business owners and process SME’s, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements.
- Design and configure S/4HANA system to meet client business requirements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
- Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects.
- Ability to create business process procedures (BPP’s), swim lane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides and testing scripts.
- Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy system to S/4HANA.
Qualifications: (Please list ALL required qualifications including minimum years of experience required for the role) - Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.
- A minimum of ten (10) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process Aviation, Aerospace & Defense experience
- S/4HANA Certification in area of SME
- Big 4 experience with IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC or other large CSI
- Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA
- Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global design is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.
- Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project)
- Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs
- Willingness to travel 80% on a weekly basis to client locations in Seattle (Hybrid 5/4/3 schedule with some remote)

| Candidate must have experience as a Team Lead with experience involving a business transformation enabled by SAP S/4HANA. Specific SAP modules required: Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Pricing Conditions. Must be experienced with these modules in delivering an S/4HANA solution in a complex OEM A&D manufacturing company. Tier 1 Aviation, Aerospace or Defense experience in the A&D ecosystem, or experience in any Industry producing a highly complex product with a long aftermarket service life is also applicable. |
