Job Description: 


The incumbent is responsible for the designing SAP solutions to the business needs, Functional Support/Business Analysis role in the SAP MM area. Deliver projects to enhance the current state according to the new and improved system and infrastructure requirements. Responsible for the maintenance and production support of Business Process enhancements and interfaces to/from the SAP modules/applications. Design and perform testing to ensure systems work as expected. Will work closely with functional and technical architects, business systems analysts and developers to design and implement solutions that are flexible, scalable, and reusable while meeting the business needs in timely manner. The current SAP environment has many custom IDoc & API Interfaces in place, therefore, the person should be very familiar with this kind of set up as quick resolution is required in this area. Should be conversant with the testing aspects of a multi-client and multi-SAP system set up including regression testing for different business units.

Responsibilities:
- Validate business requirements, formulate use cases, participate in solution design. Participate in project communications, training materials, and business procedures/documentation. Communicating with business users for better understanding of the requirements and converting the same into Functional Specification document.
- Job responsibilities include providing SWT and VOISv support, business interactions and working with the central team to follow the best practices. Manage support resources to provide seamless support.
- Analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design. Evaluate impact of configuration or process changes across MM and other SAP modules.
- Provide functional expertise in defining business requirements, integration testing, user training and support for the SAP Systems in the modules MM, SD etc.
- Provide support and guidance to the business on continuous improvement, interfaces, and reporting related topics. Integrate SAP solution with other existing internal business systems and software applications including a global financial system (i.e., CoFiCo), Logistics system (i.e. VOISv) and Dealer application (i.e. Netstar).
- Responsible for improving business process efficiencies, ensuring industry best practice and accuracy for all aspects related to application technologies specifically involved with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay end-to-end business processes.

Education
Bachelor's Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in:

Knowledge (necessary to perform proficiently in this position)
• Must have 10+ years of experience as a functional analyst supporting Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, with an excellent understanding of Financials and able to resolve out-of-balance issues and fix any discrepancies between Logistics and Financial systems.
• Functional Expertise: Proficient SAP MM knowledge and thorough with SAP MM Customizations, Master Data, Pricing, Procure to Pay Processes, SAP API, Reports etc. SAP ALE/EDI (IDOC) expertise.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge; Shipping, Pricing, invoicing, Purchase orders, GR/IR, etc. Knowledge of interfaces supporting MM/FI, SD/MM and the sales information system.
• Must be capable of working independently with all levels of people in the organization and have a high degree of multi-tasking capabilities. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate complex technical solutions and expertise to others. Must be highly proficient in functional and technical design, testing and trouble-shooting techniques
