Job Description :
Role: SAP Master Data Governance Lead Location: GREENSBORO NC 27410 Duration: 26 Months SAP Master Data Governance - AO SME Lead to support SAP MDG/MDM systems globally. Client facing role, and coordination with off-shore AO team. Responsible to keep no backlog of tickets and resolve tickets into SLA. Main duties/responsibilities and any tools/technology needed for this role: o Troubleshooting issues in production (P2, P3, P4 and REQ) and resolve issues into SLA boundaries. o Manage P1 Critical issues. o On-call coverage after business hours, and rotative weekends on-call coverage for P1/P2 tickets. o Manage daily and weekly governance call to report progress on tickets, backlogs, root cause analysis, etc. with Business stakeholders Industry experience needed for this role : Retail. Primary Skill Set for this role: Techno/Functional MDG. "must-have" skills for this role: SAP MDG Years of experience required for each skill: Proficiency 4 (+5 years of hands-on real experience) "nice-to-have" skills : Experience in application support. Role is Remote due to Covid, working on US EST hours. Visa Restrictions: This role has No Visa Restrictions. However, Resource MUST have a current valid work authorization for employment in the specific role for at least 6 months beyond the projected assignment end date. Chances for extension: Max 6 months role.
