SAP Logistics Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an SAP Logistics Consultant to support and enhance SAP logistics processes across modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Production Planning (PP). The consultant will work closely with business users to design, configure, and optimize logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP logistics processes

  • Configure and support SAP modules like MM, SD, WM/EWM, or PP

  • Handle master data, procurement, inventory, and order management processes

  • Support inbound, outbound, and warehouse operations

  • Work on pricing, delivery, shipping, and billing processes (SD)

  • Assist in integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, etc.)

  • Identify process improvements and provide functional solutions

  • Prepare functional specifications for technical developments

  • Support testing, UAT, and end-user training

  • Provide production support and issue resolution

  • Create and maintain documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SAP logistics modules (MM / SD / WM / PP)

  • Experience in SAP configuration and business process mapping

  • Knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes

  • Understanding of integration points between logistics and finance

  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA logistics functionalities

  • Exposure to SAP EWM or advanced warehouse processes

  • Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, or integrations

  • Industry-specific logistics experience
