Job responsibilities:
Must have good hands on experience and understanding regarding the Business Requirements relate to Pharma Clinical business processes which deals with batch management and Expiry Management and Supply Planning ,Demand Planning, Block planning, Tolling and Tri and Quad Trade Setup, Integrated Business Planning (IBP- Profit Plan
· Must have at least one End-to-End Implementation Experience with Demand Planning module/Supply Planning Module.
· Must have at least one Implementation experience with implementation of project with new Functionality in Rapid Response and work experience with the complete project life cycle.
· Implementation of new Functionality or Modules using Agile Methodology is added advantage.
· Must have strong understanding of the Rapid Response Core Analytics, CTP, Pegging, Netting, FLP, Supply Explosion, Multi sourcing, order point, Multi site Planning, safety stock method and Attribute based Planning(ABP
· Functional and technical expertise of Kinaxis Rapid Response through the Resource Authoring, Configuration, Data modeling, Macros and Profile variables, insert definitions, Variables creations, Task flow and Application settings and develop custom reports for complex functionalities and scripts/Automation to implement business logic for kinaxis Rapid Response.
· Should have technical Experience in Data administration, Data Integration and Mapping of the data such as tables and fields from External source systems like Oracle, SAP or any other legacy systems to Rapid Response system.
· Should have experience to deal with MRP, DRP and the Orders generation, sourcing, Item Configuration for forecasting, Sales history realignment, segmentation, inventory projections and Forecast models, forecast weight, S&OP Override in Rapid Response.
· Must have Strong knowledge of integration of DP to SNP and its Forecast release process involving consensus forecast generation.
· Expected to Work closely with IT/Business handling the requirements. Candidate should Participate in end-user training and testing, defining test cases, and performing end-to end functional testing.
· Expected Prior experience in Developing Projects and implemented new Functionality as per business requirement and Experience in enhancements and support of Deployment & Transportation of resource within Rapid Response environments.
· Analyze processes make recommendations for changes to support improvements and translate them into solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Identify and recommend alternative methods and technologies to meet business requirements and debug RR system issues in the functional and technical area and deliver custom development enhancements.
