Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support IBP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP, along with hands-on SAP IBP configuration and integration experience. 12+ years of SAP experience, including at least 4-5 years in SAP IBP implementation
Key Responsibilities:
Robust client facing roles as a lead, is a must
Gather and analyze business requirements for IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
Hands-on experience in all the above modules & to be able to guide the customer with Best practices, potential pitfalls expected
Design and configure SAP IBP solutions aligned with client or business needs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate planning processes into system solutions.
Support integration between SAP IBP and other systems such as S/4HANA, ECC, APO, or external planning tools.
Develop user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data and interface issues.
Participate in solution design workshops and ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
Drive continuous improvements and optimize IBP functionalities.
Strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning

Ability to drive, track solution with the SI & the Customer expected
