Position: SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite weekly in Auburn Hills, MI / Chattanooga, TN / Herndon, VA)

Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAP HCM consultant with expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll), ABAP, and SuccessFactors integration/migration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in SAP HCM and ABAP programming.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM (PA, OM, Payroll, Time).
  • Experience in SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration and BIB integration.
  • Strong skills in testing, data management, and data transformation.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central setup.
  • SAP Certification; SAP S/4HANA knowledge a plus.
