Job Description :

Role: SAP HCM Payroll

Location: Portland, OR

Duration: Full Time (Remote until Covid)

Job Description:

·         Minimum of 3 years related experience, including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project management, implementation and support of the SAP Enterprise systems, specifically the SAP HCM along with Payroll India modules.

·         SAP project and application support experience - primarily HCM along with Payroll module.

·         Basic Understanding of HR Processes and configuration - Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Performance Management, Time and Payroll

·         Should have independently performed Payroll activities in SAP HCM - like Regular and the off-cycle payroll run, Handling of Loans and Reimbursements, Generating of Statutory Reports from SAP.

·         Should be very well aware of India payroll taxation and processes. Expected to be worked on the Detail India payroll configuration. Creation of wage types, the configuration of RAP nodes, Exemptions, Perquisites, loans with interest, investment data processes, form 16, etc.

·         Should have worked on positive Time management - the configuration of TM00 schema, absence/leave types and quota configuration, generation of leave quotas, correction in the quota.

·         Implementation of released notes and patches from regulation.

·         Good exposure to various phases of ASAP methodology and documents involved in each phase.

 

Good to have:

·         Should have experience in handling support and User queries related to SAP HCM.

·         Should have very good communication skills.

·         Knowledge and experience in SAP HCM Performance management would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Analyzing change requests from the business in light of current business processes, assessing the impact on other SAP modules.

·         Providing technical SAP configuration expertise to deliver cost-effective solutions on time and on budget.

·         Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities.

·         Partnering with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.

·         Following standards and best practices in the delivery and maintenance of systems.

·         Training and Knowledge transfer.
