Job Description:
- SAP HCM experience & certified (8-10 years)
- Very good knowledge in SAP HCM - OM (Organization Management), PA (Personnel Administration) and US Payroll
- Must have completed at least 4-5 end to end implementations in OM, PA and US Payroll
- Should have good experience in driving client workshops (in-person and online)
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have good understanding of other SAP modules to assess impact on functionality - mainly - HR ABAP, Integrations, Custom Objects and Reporting
- CIP certified.
