Primary Skill: SAP HCM
Other Skills:
3+ years of related SAP HCM experience, including Core, Client, ESS, talent management, benefits, compensation, payroll, recruitment, time and labor, absence management.
5+ years of management responsibility with global teams.
Extensive technical knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP HCM systems.
Strong subject matter expertise in Global HR processes and procedures.
Expert knowledge of HR data structure, tables, reporting, and interfaces and conversions.
Strong project planning and management skills and a proven ability to lead teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and within budget
Outstanding skills in verbal and written communication, as well as an ability to partner effectively with internal and external teams.
Proven positive change and influence leadership skills with large global team. Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, allocate resources and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working in a faced-paced environment to meet deadlines
