Role: SAP HCM consultant
Location: Kohler, WI
Duration: 6 months CTH
10 + Years of SAP HR module with experience in HCM business processes
Responsible for in-depth analysis of business demand changes, demand sorting, formulation of solutions, preparation of business blueprints and implementation in SAP system
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and optimization of SAP system, analyzing the daily problems of SAP system, propose corresponding solutions and measures, and ensure the effective operation of SAP system
Able to independently support SAP HCM module, proficient in standard business process, system operation and background configuration of HR module
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients'' needs.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Good at communication, strong sense of service and responsibility, good teamwork spirit
