Description:
The work is full time staff augmentation type work supporting an on-premise SAP ERP platform for ECC Payroll / Time Management / Benefits area
Will consider a contract to hire for candidates interested in relocating to Oahu, Hawaii at their own expense and do not require sponsorship.
Work will be fully remote due to the Pandemic with the possibility of some onsite in January 2021.
Assigned work will vary depending on most pressing needs, could be break/fix type, design and implementation of new enhancements, etc.
We don’t anticipate a lot of non-business hours of work, but it could happen depending on the urgency of the work or after hour launches of new functionality/process

Responsibilities:
Primarily to support SAP ECC HCM (Payroll, Organization Management, Personnel Administration, TIME/CATS/FIORI, Benefits BI Reporting and SuccessFactors Employee Central are very nice to have.
Support interaction with other workstreams/applications, including but not limited to Finance, Work Management, Supply Chain, Fiori
Understand SAP Security and Audit controls
Develop/Modify/Document business process design (BPD)
Facilitate business change at a process level
Develop end user functional specifications
Support Technical Team deliverables
Develop scripts and test data for testing the supported business processes, perform/document the testing
Advise functional leads, business analysts and the technical team of new and modified processes
Document, resolve and escalate issues
Identify gaps and issues
Attend meetings and prepare status reports
Develop/Deliver Knowledge Transfer and Transition documents to in-house staff
