Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day functional support across multiple SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, PM, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain master data, business rules, and key settings in relevant SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for custom developments, enhancements, and system upgrades.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and end-user training.
  • Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using standard SAP functionality.
  • Coordinate with module-specific SMEs to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, internal controls, and public sector regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of SAP functional experience across multiple modules.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in at least two or more modules (MM, SD, FICO, PM, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration points.
  • Proven experience in SAP ECC 6.0 (S/4HANA experience is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a public sector or government environment.
  • Experience with SAP Workflow, IDocs, Reports, and basic ABAP debugging.
  • Knowledge of SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting system upgrades and SAP security (roles/authorizations).
