Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead Specialist to provide strategic leadership, hands-on solution design, and end-to-end process support across SAP modules. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive system improvements that align with business objectives. You will lead requirements gathering, solution development, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support across SAP applications.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in large enterprise environments, leading SAP implementations or enhancement projects, and guiding teams through complex business process transformations.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment across assigned SAP modules.

Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, documentation, and delivery.

Support SAP integration with external applications and cross-module dependencies.

Lead workshops, user training sessions, and UAT activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP production issues in partnership with technical and business teams.

Drive continuous system improvements and identify efficiency opportunities.

Serve as a subject matter expert and guide junior consultants or cross-functional resources.

Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, compliance, and implementation standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications -
12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting, configuration, and implementation.

Strong expertise in at least one major SAP module such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or HCM.

Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations or large enhancement projects.

Solid understanding of business process mapping, functional documentation, and testing methodologies.

Working knowledge of integration points between SAP modules.

Experience collaborating with ABAP teams, BASIS teams, and external integration tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
