SAP fuctional Consutant

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, configure SAP solutions, and support end-to-end business processes. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful SAP implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.

  • Map business processes to SAP best practices and functionalities.

  • Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with technical/ABAP teams for custom solutions.

  • Support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.

  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

  • Assist in system upgrades, improvements, and rollouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SAP functional processes and configuration.

  • Experience in at least one SAP module (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and propose solutions.

  • Knowledge of SAP integration points across modules.

  • Experience with testing, documentation, and support activities.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification (nice to have).

  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.

  • Domain/business process knowledge relevant to the module.
