We are seeking an experienced SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP Field Service Management solutions. The consultant will work with business stakeholders to optimize field operations, workforce scheduling, mobility, and service execution processes.
Gather and analyze requirements for field service and workforce management
Configure and support SAP Field Service Management (FSM) functionalities
Work on:
Planning & Dispatching
Workforce Scheduling & Optimization
Service Call Management
Mobile Field Service Applications
Master Data & Business Rules
Support integration with SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CS/SM, SAP C4C
Assist in implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide user support
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/integration teams
Conduct system testing, training, and documentation
Hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
Strong understanding of:
Field Service Processes
Dispatching & Scheduling Concepts
Mobility & Offline Capabilities
Master Data & Service Scenarios
Service Analytics / Reporting
Experience with SAP integration scenarios (S/4HANA / ERP / C4C)
Knowledge of business rules, workflows, and APIs
Experience in support, enhancement, or implementation projects
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
SAP FSM project experience
Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud / S/4HANA Service
Understanding of mobile applications & integrations
SAP certification (nice to have)
Stakeholder communication & requirement analysis
Analytical mindset
Ability to work independently
