SAP FICO/PM & BPC/PM role
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: all inclusive
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Local first preference
MUST HAVE:
- Must have 7+ years of experience in successfully leading Finance Systems
Projects, with majority of projects in SAP (FI-CO and/or BPC) - SAP System
knowledge is essential
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience working with IT project
deliverables in all facets of Project Methodology, including Initiating
Projects, Forming teams, Developing and Executing Timelines, Project Plans,
Estimates/Budget, and Status monitoring
- Successful experience managing all Project Management activities for a
large size project, $1M or greater
- Experience promoting changes to Production and knowledge of Project life
cycle implementations and enhancements / continuous improvement projects
- Must be a highly analytical, team player, ability to learn quickly, and
can prioritize and handle project managing multiple (3+) Projects, various
team size and complexities at any one time
- Must be a self-starter, results-oriented and can work independently and
proactively, including managing deliverables, understanding timelines and
deadlines with minimal guidance
- Must possess excellent English verbal and written skills
- Must excel at communicating and presenting with all levels of customers of
an organization (from Analysts to Senior Leadership)
- Must be able to independently facilitate and lead meetings (e.g.
requirements gathering, status, defect reviews, etc) with customers and/or
IT peers
- Proficient with MS Tools, Microsoft TEAMS, MS Excel, MS project, MSWord,
etc.
- Must show natural leadership skills, great organizational skills, and
eagerness to drive deliverables to closure

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Experience working with US-based and offshore team members and
cross-functional (SD, MM) in nature
- PMP certification a plus
- 3-5 years of work experience in SAP FI-CO (functional analyst, preferably)
and can guide SAP Consultants
- Career should show increasing level of responsibilities and progression
NICE TO HAVE:
- High level experience and knowledge in Financial Reporting
