SAP EWM Manager

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of warehouse management solutions using SAP Extended Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate will manage EWM projects, guide functional teams, and ensure efficient warehouse operations through SAP solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and other logistics modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions for warehouse operations.

  • Manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and enhancement projects.

  • Configure and optimize warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory management.

  • Integrate EWM with other SAP modules including SAP Materials Management and SAP Sales and Distribution.

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

  • Oversee system testing, user training, and deployment activities.

  • Manage a team of SAP consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and process efficiency.

  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain or Warehouse Management solutions.

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM integration.

  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.

  • Experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.

  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of system integration, testing, and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation, RF devices, and warehouse robotics integration.

  • Knowledge of supply chain optimization and warehouse analytics.

  • SAP certification in EWM or Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience with global warehouse operations and multi-site implementations.
