Worked in complex Environments Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, Exits, Enhancements, Workflow, ALE IDOCS, BADI, BAPI, OOPS.Good Debugging skillsCS Knowledge
Description:
Day to day service management (Incident and change request) within stipulated SLA. Ensure deliverables are meet quality and timeline. Manage and organize internal team members work load and provide guidance. Participate in customer meetings and ensure update is provided and action items are worked on. Support month end closing, Ensure 100% compliance to customer process defined.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years experience in SAP as Technical Resource with knowledge in SD/CS modules,
IDOC, ALE, BAPI, workflow experience.
Copy Controls & Requirements Routines
Testing Tools, Test Lab preparation and execution to ensure working of functionality,
Excellent Communication skills for presentations
