Role Description:

  • Configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP module for sales, order management, and customer service, focusing on the entire Order-to-Cash cycle, including pricing, shipping, and billing.
  • Key duties include gathering business requirements, designing solutions, hands-on configuration (e.g., creating sales orgs, payment terms, shipping points), testing, training users, resolving incidents.
  • Specializing in SAP Order to Cash Functional Consulting including:
  • Pricing
  • Output types and Forms
  • Availability check
  • Third party process and product allocation
  • IDOCs
  • Intercompany process
  • Credit management
  • Stock transfer order
  • Billbacks and rebate agreements
  • Contracts and Promotions
  • Sales volume and performance Rebates
  • Purchasing volume and performance Rebates
  • Claims and settlements
