Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as a SME for SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) solution to any customer
Support and lead workshops with clients to define business design.
Complete documentation of business design.
Identify "as-is" and "to be" business requirements.
Fit-Gap analysis
Develop functional specifications and guide technical team during development/enhancements
Conduct unit and integration testing.
Create supporting configuration, testing and training documentation.
Provide functional assistance to technical team for fixing the issues occurred during development, testing, UAT and go-live.
Work on Change Management, Transport Movement and Application Deployment
Work with SAP on OSS Messages, fixes, patch application and root cause analysis
Support projects with data migration/Integration activities.
Suggest solutions to customer based on best business practices so that Customer gets Business benefits by following the standard processes.

Skill Set : Must to Have:
6+ years of experience in SAP EHS.
Full project implementations (full project lifecycle) of at least two SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS) projects
Proven experience in implementing some if not all the following SAP S/4 HANA EHS modules: Incident Management, Health and Safety Management, Environment Management and other SAP EHS/EHSM modules like occupational health, product safety, etc.
