Job Description:
- SME with SAP testing Execution Experience in SAP S4 and ECC
- Experience in using HP ALM and coordinating with cross team to resolve defectc
- Expert / Understand Defect Triage Process
- Experience in Execution and Management of Test in SAP S4 and ECC in OTC / F2M / LE Modules
- Lead overall defect mgmt & being Lead for multiple regional defect mgrs
- Help support all regional defect mgrs/guide as needed
- Previous experience as Test Captain, Defect Chaser a must
- Will pull the overall 'defect' view together
- Report progress reporting & in mtgs
- Work with IT directly for updates & will ensure collaborative relationship with IT
- Escalate/raise awareness/chase open issues to closure
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
