SAP CS / SM Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS / SM (Customer Service / Service Management) Consultant to support implementation, customization, and ongoing support of SAP service management processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize after-sales service, maintenance, warranty, and field service operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements related to Customer Service and Service Management

  • Configure and support SAP CS / SM module functionalities

  • Work on service orders, notifications, warranties, contracts, and billing

  • Handle integration with SAP SD, MM, PM, and FI modules

  • Provide functional support and resolve user issues

  • Participate in implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects

  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams

  • Conduct testing, user training, and documentation


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS / SM configuration

  • Good understanding of:

    • Service Orders & Notifications

    • Service Contracts & Agreements

    • Warranty Management

    • Resource Planning & Scheduling

    • Billing & Invoicing

  • Experience with cross-module integration (SD, MM, PM, FI)

  • Ability to perform gap analysis & business process mapping

  • Experience in support / enhancement / implementation projects

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification (nice to have)

  • Experience with S/4HANA Service Management (if applicable)

  • Knowledge of Fiori / UI enhancements (advantage)
