Role:SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Location:Brentwood – TN
Duration:3- 6 Months
Client is looking for experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultants to join their team for an enhancement and implementation project . The Functional Consultant should have good SAP CRM background, configuration skills and business process knowledge. This key role is integral to the successful design and solution deployment/adoption for our clients.
With guidance from our Solution Architects, Functional Consultants are expected to fulfill the following key responsibilities:
· Gather and document client as-is/to-be business processes
· Map application functional capabilities to support business processes
· Define functional design specifications, including workflow and validation
· Work with clients to identify and document user acceptance and test criteria
· Perform validation testing activities
· Define software/system technical configuration and enhancement requirements
· Develop and present process and solution design documentation inclusive of training materials
· Support production cut-over and post go-live support activities
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Minimum of 2-3 full life cycle SAP CRM implementations in manufacturing / Auto industry preferably
· Minimum of 8 years in consulting services -SAP CRM preferred
· Must be a team player with the ability to communicate on all levels and disciplines
· Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
