Role Title  : SAP Compliance Architect/Business Analyst

JobDescription:   

• The candidate will act as a business analyst in program management office. When a new project is initiated, this person will analyze the impact from Global Regulatory Compliance perspective on the existing systems and running projects.
• Shall be able to create /size/compliance  solutions based on HP stack-S4 HANA, SAP R3 and legacy systems.
• Customize reusable solutions of program and enterprise or operational scope.
• Capture and share architectural IP at the solution level.
• Define and implement architectural governance at the program and enterprise or operational scope.
• Collaborate with HP Enterprise Architects to ensure solutions have least technical debt
• Assess business impact of multiple technologies/strategies.
• Define solutions aligned with EA strategy and roadmap to avoid implementing new vendor’s systems that will increase IT operations cost
• Identify and address technical or operational risks.
• Provide review/input on project activities for large enterprise or global level projects.
• Assessment of 3rd party IT application/service vendors for implementation of new technology applications which includes coordinating Proof of concepts.
• Participate and Present the designed  compliance solution in Internal HP Architecture Review Boards (ARB)

Experience 

• Worked in general Architect role in a larger organization
• Familiarity with HP systems and tools highly-desired.
• Has experience working with SAP systems and how they are integrated together
• Worked on multiple compliance scenarios when architecting new technology or new applications

Skill Set 

• SAP Architect, SAP S/4HANA architect
• Expert in SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) .This solution englobes SAP e-Document Framework + SAP ACR capabilities
• Expert functional knowledge in SAP S4 Hana  FI, MM, SD  modules as well as SAP R3 and HP Legacy  IT systems
• Ability to collaborate with SAP on Roadmaps and understand the rollout of OSS Notes for each HP Compliance Solution and translate that into a solution plan and timeline for the HP Compliance Solutions under extremely compressed timeframe
• Create Opportunity Assessment Document(OAD) and Sizing for each HP Compliance Solution and share that with Business and IT Stakeholders.
• Ability to understand the customer's business problem and regulatory changes, need, or opportunity and to design a  solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements.
• Be able to provide architectural direction for multiple medium to large sized projects concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle or a large project full time.
• Ability to maintain the integrity of the proposed architecture to assure professional quality and logical consistency in the face of political and business pressures.
• Understands and applies one or more industry acknowledged architectural modelling methods and tools.
• Can validate/evaluate if an information systems or operational architecture meets business needs.
• Be able to evaluate the effect of external factors on designed solution.
