Job Description (Please provide summary of the position):   

· Experience as a Close to Report (C2R) work stream lead required for Aviation Airframe Manufacturer level and experience as C2R Team member for Senior Consultant and Consultant levels is required.

· Close-to-Report (C2R) covers the financial and management accounting process, which involves collecting, processing, and delivering timely and accurate information used for internal and external reporting. C2R also covers the steps of preparing, consolidating, and reporting the overall accounts stored in a general ledger as part of the financial close process needed to meet compliance and stakeholder requirements.

· Support Explore workshops and articulate key value propositions in area of SME and S/4HANA innovations pertinent to Finance.

· CFIN configuration and deployment experience

Responsibilities of Role:  

· Collaborate in the development of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives.

· Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for development and testing S/4HANA Finance functions associated with business operations.

· Facilitate workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business owners and process SME’s, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements.

· Design and configure S/4HANA system to meet client business requirements.

· Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.

· Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects.

· Ability to create business process procedures (BPP’s), swim lane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides and testing scripts.

· Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy system to S/4HANA.

Qualifications: (Please list ALL required qualifications including minimum years of experience required for the role)

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.

· A minimum of ten (10) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process Aviation, Aerospace & Defense experience

· S/4HANA Certification in area of SME

· Big 4 experience with IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC or other large CSI

· Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA

· Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global design is a plus.

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.

· Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project)

· Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs

· Willingness to travel 80% on a weekly basis to client locations.

Candidate must have experience as a Team Lead with experience involving a business transformation enabled by SAP S/4HANA. Specific SAP modules required: Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Government Property Management (GPM). Must be experienced with these modules in delivering an S/4AHANA solution in a complex OEM A&D manufacturing company. Tier 1 Aviation, Aerospace or Defense experience in the A&D supplier ecosystem, or experience in any Industry producing a highly complex product with a long aftermarket service life is also applicable. Must be familiar with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR). Must understand Government Resource Related Billing (RRB), Contract holdback & DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to achieve CAS compliance. Familiarity with Actual Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Workforce Authorization Management (WAM) and Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements. Dassian experience a plus.
