Job Description :
Lead SAP BTP development teams, providing technical direction and mentoring to ensure successful delivery of integration and extension projects.
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices, architecture, and solution design.
- Oversee and execute integration projects using SAP BTP integration suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within client environments.
- Analyze and prioritize business value to drive decision-making and solution development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and external partners) to deliver innovative SAP BTP solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the development team.
This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of four years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, with significant hands-on experience leading development and integration projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 year work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
Bonus points if you have:

- Proven experience in technology assessment, solution architecture, and value analysis/prioritization.
- Strong influencing and advisory skills, with a track record of making impactful decisions across teams.
- Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud-native development.
- Experience integrating SAP BTP with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4Hana, SuccessFactors) and third-party platforms.
- Certifications in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies.
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
