Job Description :
SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. The primary focus will be collaborating with business partners, influencing the processes, tools and operating models within the relevant area. The role will involve determining the nature of the business need in order to contribute the most value-adding application of the solution.
Key deliverables/objectives:
Opportunity to become an expert in the SAP technology and the business processes it supports
Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners as appropriate, to better understand the business and its priorities, and represent their requirements within SAP
Configure system functionality by balancing business requirements, best practices, and solution standards.
Evaluates new needs and analyzes new features to optimize the system and related processes.
Partners with SAP Ariba and internal stakeholders to review and test software updates ensuring appropriate change protocols.
Creates and maintains end-user documentation providing communication and training as needed to user groups.
Design and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and other reporting as required by the business.
Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to moderately complex problems
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems

Specific requirements:
12+ years of business-facing SAP supply chain experience, with focus on procure-to-pay SAP solutions
6+ years of Ariba system administration experience, with focus on Ariba, especially Supply chain management expertise
In depth understanding of procurement, accounts payable and general finance/business best practices and interdependencies.
Knowledge of procure-to-pay workflow, configuration and integration best practices.
Extensive understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum principles.
Experience with SAP Best Practices Business Processes and Global templates and configuring these Best Practices
Hands on experience in configuring Organization Structure, Material Master, Vendor Master, Article Master, Procurement, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, Pricing schemas and Copy Control for various scenarios
12+ years of business-facing SAP supply chain experience, with focus on procure-to-pay SAP solutions
6+ years of Ariba system administration experience, with focus on Ariba Buying and Invoicing (formerly P2P/Procurement Professional)
