We’re supporting our Direct Client, a leading retail electricity provider, in their large-scale digital transformation journey — and we're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Vlocity (SFI) Technical Architect to join the team.
If you excel in architecting end-to-end Vlocity solutions and have strong experience in Energy & Utilities, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful work in a hybrid environment.

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will:

Architect scalable Salesforce Industries/Vlocity solutions
Lead omni-channel architecture using OmniStudio, EPC, CPQ
Support modernization of customer engagement & operational platforms
Partner with onshore/offshore teams in a technical leadership capacity
Required Skills 7+ years Salesforce experience (4+ years in Vlocity/SFI)
Hands-on expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScript, IP, DataRaptor, FlexCards)
Strong knowledge of EPC, CPQ, Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations
Experience in Energy & Utilities or retail energy (highly preferred)
Understanding of metering, billing, rate plans, and customer lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Vlocity architecture (data models, integrations, workflows)
Lead solution design for customer onboarding, billing, rate plans, and service ops
Govern development best practices & code reviews
Architect API/data flows with CIS, billing, usage platforms, payment systems
Provide leadership across cross-functional and offshore teams
