- Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Develop and maintain secure integrations with external systems, such as EHR, billing, or third-party APIs.
- Implement strong security and compliance protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance while introducing innovative solutions that scale with business growth.
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, with 5+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Proven background in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Salesforce certifications (System Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II) required; cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
