Salesforce Technical Lead with 5+ years of Salesforce CRM and platform experience, including 35 years in leadership roles guiding development teams, solution design, and end-to-end Salesforce implementations. Skilled in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across FinTech, SaaS, and high-growth industries.
Core Expertise

  • Salesforce Platform: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL.
  • Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), event-driven architectures.
  • Architecture & Design: Solution architecture, data modeling, role hierarchy/security, scalable design patterns.
  • Leadership: Leading Salesforce developer teams (onshore/offshore), code reviews, sprint planning, mentoring.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Salesforce architecture and development, building customized solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers to ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain secure integrations with external systems, such as EHR, billing, or third-party APIs.
  • Implement strong security and compliance protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance while introducing innovative solutions that scale with business growth.

What Were Looking For

  • 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, with 5+ years in a lead or senior role.
  • Proven background in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Salesforce certifications (System Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II) required; cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Salesforce APIs.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
