Salesforce Tech lead

• Work with the Techno/Functional Lead and Integration Resources to design the technical solution and lead the development team for all the releases
• Architect all solution designs, design reviews with customer technical architects
• Develop integrations as designed
• Provide Vendor data model guidance for Salesforce.com API and Vendor integrations
• Support integration testing, including fixing bugs identified during test
• Configure the application as designed and support test use cases and enhancement request throughout testing
• Perform Activities like Issues resolution , Interface Monitoring , Interface execution
• Analyse the issues and providing the Root Causal Analysis for the issues
• Process and Quality compliance
• Work with the 3rd Party Vendors and other Stake holders for resolving the Integration failures
• Review and validate technical specification, design standard, logical database design
• Project planning and day to day delivery & team management & ensure adherence to project plan
