Delivery Lead responsibilities: 1. Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to understand project goals, objectives, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 2. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including development, sales, marketing, and operations, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. 3. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables. 4. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, working proactively to find solutions and minimize disruptions. 5. Support the Technical Lead in resource management, including allocation of team members and external resources, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management. 7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, seeking opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies. 8. Serve as a mentor and advisor to team members, providing guidance and support in navigating technical challenges and achieving project objectives. 9.
