Position: Salesforce Sr./ Lead Developer with Devops

Job Description:
Required skills:
• Team Leadership
Lead responsibility of the DevOps team
• Manage the team to ensure optimal delivery and ensure the correct resource is in place to meet demand
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure they are building the correct technical and non-technical skills to be successful within a high performing team.
Fundamental Components:
• Direct and assist multiple application development teams in supporting a multi program development platform.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining and managing code across multiple environments
• Responsible for DevSecOps enablement and support of new and existing programs on the platform
• 8+ years of experience in distributed cloud-based software development with strong automation mindset
• 2+ years of leading and managing cloud-based application Devops team(s) on the Salesforce and Heroku platforms
• Extensive experience with Dev Tooling and CI/CD tools – VSCode, Jenkins, Gitlab, Salesforce DevOps Tools and SFDX, Unlocked Packages, SonarQube
• Strong understanding of version control (git), branching & merging strategies, and build setup
• Experience in handling Salesforce Metadata/Orgs/Devhub/Sandbox management
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform Packaging (unlocked packages), SFDX, Apex, Lightning, Vlocity
• Mastery of advanced Git (e.g. conflict resolution, cherry-picking, rebasing), one or more popular CICD tools.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in building environments and migrating code using ANT, Change Sets, Salesforce DevOps Tools
• Experienced Security code Scanning tools CheckMarxs, Apex PMD, and SonorCube
• Experienced in Test Automation suites, Selenium
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II & Architect - Lifecycle and Deployment Designer Preferred
• DevOps Certifications where applicable
Education:
• High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) is required
