Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading the technical design and development of a high-visibility and high-impact Salesforce initiative.
Excellent communication skills are a must – this role will interface with a wide array of stakeholders that include multiple technology teams and business SMEs.
• Passionate and highly-motivated Lead Salesforce Developer with at least 8 years in Salesforce CRM
• Extensive experience with analysis, design, development, customizations and integration of Salesforce CRM applications
• Experience on various implementations on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms of Salesforce
• Experience in Salesforce.Com technologies like Apex and VisualForce
• Must have extensive experience in Salesforce Integration on REST API, Web services SOAP API and Platform Events with different types of Authentication mechanisms
• Must have extensive experience implementing Objects, Custom Apps, Layouts, Tabs, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Approval processes and Outbound/Inbound Messages
• Experience automating complex business processes using declarative features such as workflows, approval process, Process Builder, Lighting Flows and Flow Triggers.
• Experience in setting Call Centre with CTI Integration, Omni Channel and Live Agent Setup
• Experience with DevSecOps
• Senior-level Salesforce certifications like Certified Application Architect, Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Certified Platform Developer
• Proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture
• Experience defining business processes, identifying risk and conducting risk analysis, providing baseline acceptance criteria and deliverables
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in an agile team-oriented environment
