Project Role Description :
Define Digital Architectural needs and Own the overall solution blueprint
and roadmap, work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an
appropriate solution design.
As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You'll
be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce
developers working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to
get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain confidence to get your visions built into
successful solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with offshore team and customer and stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of
concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
Provide solutions and recommending improvements
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between
environments.
Participate in requirements elicitation and provide guidance on user story writing
Extensive working experience in integrations, configuration across the enterprise applications
Possesses Technology Skills : Hands on experience in the following process and technology:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
