Role: Salesforce Service Technical Lead Location: Toronto, ON Job Type: Fulltime Job Description: 5+ years of salesforce development experience preferably salesforce service module Vlocity platform developer, Salesforce platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator certification Engage with PO and work collaboratively with Solution Architects and cross functional agile and non agile teams to ensure Medium level Design and Detail Designs are aligned with Requirements. Ensure Detailed Solution is documented and reviewed with cross functional teams and stakeholders as part of demo or on add-hoc basis. Ensure Solutions and processes are auditable and compliant with Organization Security Policy. The Tech Lead will be team first point of Contact for Code, Configuration and Solution within the Scope of Scrum Team. Lead the standard (coding and otherwise) as agreed within the cross-functional Tech Lead Forum and proactively raise topics for improvements. Lead Data and Code Deployments to teams support production and non-production environments Design and or Review MLD (Medium Level Design) and works collaboratively with Solution Architects. Mentor Developers and monitor performance to improve team effectiveness (bugs, story points per contributor) and identifies areas of improvement and Plan for Additional Training (Online)
