Description :
We are implementing CPQ, Service Cloud and need additional help , for now it is primarily on Service cloud.
- 4-8 years of Salesforce CRM with experience on Service Cloud.
- Possess an expert level of knowledge of a CRM Service functionality and integrations to external systems
- Ability to work with multiple business units align them to standard business enterprise solution
- Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
