Role: Salesforce Senior Development Lead @ Chicago, IL Hire Type: Contract Minimum Requirements/Qualifications * 10+ years of Salesforce experience * Salesforce.com Dev (PD1) certified PD2 - Preferred * Good Development, Support & Admin experience in Salesforce * Expertise in Sales and Service cloud * Financial Service Cloud is an added advantage * Hands-on experience in Lightning, Visual force, Apex and JavaScript * Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices * Project-based experience of developing complex business solution * Strong communication and documentation skills. * Exceptional time management skills. * Should be capable of managing onshore and offshore team and its delivery * Ability to communicate and work with employees at all levels of the organization. * Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and in person at onsite * Managing cases, requests and enhancements using Service Now and processes * Ensuring that Salesforce Instances are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner * Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times * Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management --
