Expectation:
• A quality analyst with three to five years' experience in the manual testing of Salesforce applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, business stakeholders, BSAs, and offshore teams.
• Expertise in creation, preparation, review, development and execution of test cases.
• The ideal candidate should have experience with JIRA, HP ALM, POSTMAN or SOAP UI
Job Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in testing Salesforce CRM - Sales Cloud application.
• Experience on Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Accounts, Opportunities & Report entities in Sales cloud application
• Good knowledge about User Management, Roles, Profiles, Permission Set, Configuration and Customization in Salesforce
• Testing user interface actions and based on profile and roles which include Field, Object, Record Type permissions
and Page Layout assignments
• Working Experience in SOAP UI, POSTMAN tool to execute and test WSDL services
• Ability to read requirements and build test cases or test plans.
• Ability to execute using HP ALM.
• Ability to record and triage defects within the system.
• Troubleshoot various issues for offshore team to remove obstacles for test execution
• Ability to interact with various other teams like business, Development
• Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
• Ability to interact with various other teams like business, Development
• Exposure to test automation tools using selenium
• Preferred - Background in Telecommunications with working knowledge of Telecom Order Life cycle including
Provisioning and Service Activation for Data/Voice Products
• Good to have experience in Telecom Order Management/Orchestration products, which involves
• Performing Modify, Add, Change, Disconnect on Orders
• Performing Hold, Jeopardy on Orders
• Working on Telecom Order Dashboards
Top 3 Requirements:
• A candidate with total 4 years of experience, 2 years of Salesforce QA experience, and 2 years of QA experience outside of Salesforce. My ideal candidate would have good understanding of Salesforce application and testing tools/processes and not be a Salesforce expert.
