Job Title: Salesforce QA Analyst 
Location: St. Louis, MO/ Onsite 
Job Type: W2 / Fulltime
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality improvements.
  • Conduct thorough data validation and ensure data integrity within Salesforce systems.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements, technical designs, and system specifications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve the QA process.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test environments and test data.
  • Document and communicate test results, issues, and risks to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide input and suggestions for process improvements, tools, and methodologies to enhance the QA process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst.
    Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce-related technologies (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc.).
  • Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Demonstrated experience with functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test Framework) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
