APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:
Role: Salesforce Project Manager
Duration: FTE
Location: Alexandria VA or remote is acceptable
Work Authorization: US Citizen
Overview
We have an urgent need for a Project Manager with Salesforce implementation experience. The project is modernization of a mission critical legacy solution to a low code/no code solution.
Candidate must have a PMP or Prince2 certification.
Requirement
  • 5-7 years Technical Project Management, at least 2 years of experience managing business application implementation and enhancement projects.
  • In-depth expertise of using Process Builders and Flows
  • Partner with stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership team.
  • Experience building partnerships and delivering large-scale cross-functional programs.
  • An ability to hit the ground running and figure things out with minimal supervision.
  • Know the difference between waterfall and agile, and when it's appropriate to use each methodology.
  • Understanding of COTS CRM implementation and business processes and lifecycle.
  • Experience working in environments that handle sensitive data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, technical, and subject matter experts.
  • Gather and document business requirements to better understand the client's business and scope of work and be able to translate business requirements into data models and platform services.
  • Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing and administering future state processes.
  • Prototype and refine the implementation based on client feedback.
  • Customer-oriented focus with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with modernization experience with federal projects is a huge plus
