Job Title: Salesforce Lead
Bay Area (Remote)

Client: Accenture/Atlassian

Around 10+ years of IT exp from product based company with enterprise B2B

Proven experience in Salesforce implementations projects/programs for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Lightning, etc.

Demonstrable career growth in Salesforce application and platform from initial development, customizations to a solution architect, designer expertise.

Pro-actively partner with Business, Stakeholders, Process owners, Engineering, and designers for new requirements & solution delivery

Should be a Techno-Function Expert with self-upgrading mentality & evolving mindset.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading the design and review of solutions on the platform, using Apex and Visualforce, Lightning web components(LWC), Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex

Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems with some support from Technical Architects and excellent in presenting design to our solution review meeting

Ability to refine user stories with necessary technical aspects (i.e. security, visibility, scalability, extensibility, performance) to ensure feasibility

Leading the sprint planning & capacity management for the scrum team and able to predict staff hiring/ supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives [including both internal and vendor outsourced teams]

Evaluate existing system & architectural constraints and performance implications

Build out Salesforce platform to ensure productivity and enhance end user experience

Designing and managing the execution of delivery and ensuring a quality solution is delivered

Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from salesforce product releases and acquisitions

Identify complex problems and create/suggest solutions to resolve them

Leading the integration of Salesforce with 3rd party applications and other tools

Lead the evaluation of vendors for establishing a Managed Services model

Experience/ Technical Skills:

Full software development life cycle implementation experience

Excellent knowledge of architecture including security, visibility and data model

Hands on experience and understanding with Salesforce configurations, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, HTML, XML, SQL, CSS, and REST-based web services

Must be excellent in troubleshooting production bug considering salesforce ecosystem

Have experience of Version Control(Bitbucket/Git/SourceTree), build tools(Bamboo/Jenkins) and automation tool(ANT/Maven)

Technically inclined with Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud experience

Minimum 5 yrs. Experience on the Platform. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with evidence of exceptional ability to lead the team

Experience implementing/Evaluating Salesforce AppExchange product technically in terms of governor limit and performance

Experience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery / DevOps

Salesforce Platform Developer Certification I(PD I) and Platform Developer Certification II(PD II) Preferred

Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users.

Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting the needs of a global business
