Position: Salesforce Functional Consultant

Job Description:
· 4 years Salesforce, cross-cloud platform configuration or development experience or equivalent CRM experience Desired Candidate Profile
· Ability to think on your feet and learn new things quickly
· 3 years consulting professional services experience # Consulting experience with emphasis on business processes, organizational change management, training and user adoption preferred.
· Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)
· Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and driving solutions End To End
· Ability to work with change management, developers, technology architects, and program leads
· Ability to gather and prioritize requirements and adapt to shifting priorities
· Ability to lead client facing meetings including working sessions, demos, and requirements gathering
· Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
· Experience collaborating with offshore resources preferred
· Ability to travel up to 80 preferred # Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories
· Assist planning and coordination to keep the project on track # Refine stories and ensure they are complete prior to the development cycle.
· Assist in prioritization of stories in preparation for development. # Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives
· Exceed expectations of the customer by providing high-quality solutions and service, in order to create a mutually beneficial outcome
· Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics
· Provide future-looking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming Salesforce releases # Identify internal and project process improvement opportunities
