Salesforce Development Team Lead
Eden Prairie , MN

Required Skills :
• Salesforce - APEX and VF page developer knowledge
• Any IDE knowledge
• Any front end UI framework knowledge
• healthcare knowledge and Optum experience is added advantage

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
- Act as Salesforce expert for the team.
- Dev Lead - able to lead and manage 6-8 developers
- Guide / suggest other team members on best approaches by doing code and design sessions and reviews.
- Positive attitude and good analytics and problem solver.


What skills/attributes are a must have?
HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript knowledge
Atleast familiar with one of the UI framework, AnugularJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc.
Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce APEX language.
Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
Working experience on Eclipse IDE or any Development IDE
