Summary

This role is targeted for a Scrum team that is supporting the Tableau Customer Success and Technical Support business partners. Focus of this team is on maintenance and development of features on Salesforce Experience (Community) cloud and integration with third party services.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years experience with Salesforce Community Cloud/Lightning
  • 4+ years experience with Lightning Components (Aura) or Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • 4+ years Salesforce coding including APEX and SOQL
  • 4+ years front-end technologies include JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.
  • 4+ experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployments, Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, AWS
  • Experience maintaining and implementing features on customer facing portal (preferred)

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Preferred 4+ years relevant experience
  • SFDC certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service clouds is a plus
