Job Title: Salesforce Developer, Sales Operations
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 9+ months

Our Sales Operations team focuses on designing and implementing sales experiences, capabilities, and architectures to aide our Sales Team to bring customer strategies to life. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Salesforce Developer – who will take a variety of Salesforce projects to the finish line.

Job Description:
Lead development through requirements analysis, design, development, documentation, and testing
Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud.
Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code.
Coordinate with the onsite and offshore developers with respect to issues and follow up
Work with Integration team to identify and fix issues during onshore hours
Respond to customer queries/clarifications in a timely manner.
Work closely with application development & support groups to ensure smooth go-live support
Provide technical expertise on daily production problems and coming up with solutions

Required Qualifications
5 + years of professional work experience
Technically strong in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Experience in building Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud and Service Cloud
Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.,
Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins and ANT
Perform data updates / migration using Data Loader and other similar tools
Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage
Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system
Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required

Preferred Requirements
Prefer candidates with Development and/or Admin Salesforce Certification
Experience or knowledge with Quip & Einstein Analytics
Experience in SDLC, Agile, Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery, and change management
