Immediate need for a talented Salesforce Developer. This is a 6+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in McLean, VA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support core applications, including providing fixes to production defects and making enhancements.
  • Quickly evaluate defects, investigate causes and come up with solutions to address defects.
  • Develop, modify, and design software based on requirements/design specifications in salesforce.
  • Help define business and user needs and processes; identify solutions, work with project team/sponsors in identifying best solution.
  • Participate in requirements analysis; help design applications based on system requirements; promote top code quality and solve meaningful issues related to performance tuning and scalability.
  • Build enhancements within existing applications to optimize efficiency.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills:Salesforce Certified, Salesforce Lightning, Automation Tool (Selenium or Cypress or Cucumber).
  • 5-7 years developing in the salesforce platform
  • Masters degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science
  • Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms
  • Salesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred)
  • CI/CD knowledge - Jenkins or similar tools
  • Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages
  • Clear understanding of software development methodologies
  • Good communication skills.
  • Masters degree in information technology/equivalent
  • Understanding of salesforce integrations
  • Worked in an scaled agile environment
