Title: Salesforce developer (Investment banking/Finanicals)
Location: Alpharetta, GA (100% onsite)
Inperson interview needed for this position
Position type: W2 contract.
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and customize Salesforce solutions that improve business processes, CRM operations, and system integrations.
The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce.

  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation.

  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems.

  • Implement Salesforce security models including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Create reusable components and maintain code quality using best practices.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines and version control for Salesforce releases.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide enhancements.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and QA teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce.

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, Automation tools.

  • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft is a plus).

  • Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (SFDX, Git, CI/CD).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Should have heavy Investment banking and financial domain background

  • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin).

  • Experience with CPQ, Financial Services Cloud.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
