· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) is highly preferred.
· Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and data migration.
· Solid understanding of data migration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
· Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools, such as Data Loader, Informatica, or Jitterbit.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, relationships, and data management best practices.
· Experience in working with complex data structures, large data volumes, and data cleansing/transformation.
· Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools, such as SOAP, REST, and middleware platforms.
· Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development methodologies.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data and system issues.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX) is a plus.
· Previous experience with Salesforce migration projects or large-scale data migrations is highly desirable.
