Writing clean and highly performant code leveraging test driven development
• Coach the development team in best practices for agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint demo, retrospective
• Lead design discussions with team members and external stakeholders
• Learn and work with various languages and platforms as needed
• Keep abreast of technologies and paradigms and recognize when they can benefit the business and the software team
• Work with minimal direction and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Coach the team members on best design/coding and software delivery practices
• Work with scrum master to handle and resolve dependencies, roadblocks and issues
• Work with enterprise architects and create technical documentation and technical plan/backlog for achieving long term architectural objectives
